What to expect

A daily average of 3200m descent and 1150m ascent and between 4 to 7 special stages. There will be some days with some extra shuttle assistance so that you can cover much more trails and enjoy the riding. This is a mountain bike race open to everyone but also an adventure of what the islands are all about. You have ahead of you over 30 special stages in a 250km route, divided into 6 days of racing in some of the most iconic locations of Madeira and Porto Santo.

The ‘Pearl of the Atlantic’ is known to have the World’s most diverse terrain, which will make you feel you’re riding on a different country on every special stage – no kidding! The adventure of racing in Madeira will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions, new friendships and make you step out of your comfort zone.

  • 23rd May: Arrivals, registration, event presentation, briefing
  • 24th May: Race day one
  • 25th May: Race day two
  • 26th May: Race day three
  • 27th May: Race day four
  • 28th May: Race day five, ferry ride to Porto Santo island
  • 29th May: Race day six, awards and party!
  • 30th May: Ferry ride back to Madeira island

AUTUMN EDITION

  • 26th September: Arrivals, registration, event presentation, briefing
  • 27th September: Race day one
  • 28th September: Race day two
  • 29th September: Race day three
  • 30th September: Race day four
  • 1st October: Race day five, ferry ride to Porto Santo island
